After determining by email or phone that unit is available, final reservation confirmation requires a refundable security deposit of $200, a deposit of one-half of the total rent, and a signed rental contract. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be received, in writing, 30 days prior to arrival date for deposit to be refunded. Rates are subject to change.
